Chapter 5
by Cheese 2000
Professional Hunter Pheonix Mark ripped the wanted poster, hanging on a wall, from it's place. After examining it, he crumpled it into a ball and tossed it on the road. Carelessly, he strolled down the pavement waiting for his next hunt. Hunt was his word for work.
Being an orphan on the harsh, unforgiving streets of central district taught him how take care of himself and how to be ruthless. That was all you needed to become a hunter, those two things.

Pheonix knew he should've just pulled the trigger. Why had he hesitated? He knew the answer. Because like him, the girl was a victim to the minstry. And she had the chip. The chip that is implanted into all of the ministries minds. It allows them to telepathicly speak to the others. The other victims...
